What is PawClub?
PawClub is a gamified co-creation community for pet owners who want to shape the future of pet care. Members don’t just use the platform- they actively help build it through voting, idea submissions, and direct feedback. Depending on your tier, you get access to the Innovation Board, voting rights, a digital pet health record, NFC medallions, expert veterinary consultations, and more.
What is the Innovation Board?
The Innovation Board is where the Pawdare team shares product ideas, upcoming features, and decisions in progress – before any public announcement. Members see what’s being planned, vote on priorities, and submit their own ideas.
PAWSTART sees active and open polls only (no history).
PAWFRIEND and above see everything, including full voting history and all past decisions.
Does my vote actually change anything?
Yes. Voting results directly influence the product roadmap. Insurance partner integrations, interface design, charity recipients, feature priorities- these are decided through community votes. We publish the result of every vote and explain what decision was made based on it. You vote. It ships.
What is an NFC medallion and how does it work?
The NFC medallion is a smart tag your pet wears on their collar. If your pet is lost, anyone with a smartphone can tap the medallion: no app, no password needed. They instantly see your contact details and key medical information. One tap. Your pet is safe.
What is an expert consultation?
A direct connection with a verified veterinary expert who gives you a professional written response to your question: about test results, symptoms, or treatment options. Not “fill out a form and wait.” The difference between let’s wait and see and here’s what’s actually happening.
PAWCHIEF includes 1 consultation per year. PAWLEGEND includes 5. Unused consultations do not roll over.
Is the digital PawCard free?
Yes, always, for every tier including free. Upload vaccinations, test results, and vet visit records. Share them with any vet via QR code or link. Your pet’s health data belongs to you, not to the clinic.
What happens to my pet's records if I cancel?
Nothing. All pet health data stays fully accessible regardless of your membership status. Cancelling a paid tier reverts your account to free access: your PawCard, documents, and history are untouched.
Are you competitors to my vet clinic?
No. Pawdare is neutral digital infrastructure. We don’t take patients away from clinics- we give clinics better tools to communicate with you, and give you a portable record that works with any vet, anywhere.
Which countries is PawClub available in?
PawClub is available across the EU. The platform currently runs in German, English, French, Romanian and Italian. NFC medallions ship EU-wide. Partner benefits such as priority appointments and partner discounts are initially available in German cities, expanding continuously.
